About the event
We love being outside and hanging out with good people. So, Atlantic Discovery and Lau Zain Yoga decided to join forces to bring the best of both worlds together: a bit of movement, a lot of nature, and some genuine connection.
No fancy gear or advanced skills needed. Whether you’re a regular on the mat or haven’t been on a trail in years, you’re welcome here. We’re just heading into the Sintra woods to breathe, stretch, and share a picnic together.
